Visiting this website

To deliver the pages and keep them secure, our server processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Newsletter

If you sign up, we send your email address, the language of the page and the consent text you saw to HubSpot, which manages our mailing list on our behalf. We use the data only to email you about ChatCat. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use double opt-in: you first receive an email asking you to confirm your address, and we only send the newsletter once you have confirmed. HubSpot records the time of your sign-up and confirmation as proof of your consent. Our emails may measure whether they are opened and which links are clicked, so that we can improve them.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. We keep your data until you unsubscribe.

HubSpot, Inc. (USA) and HubSpot Ireland Ltd. process the data in HubSpot's EU data centre. Any access from the USA is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Social media

Our Instagram and Facebook links are plain links. No data is sent to these services until you click them; after that, their privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or the authority where you live.
